What we do
We assess, classify, dry and document water losses in Brooklyn. That is the whole scope. We do not sell roofing, we do not run a general contracting business, and we do not tell you a claim is approved.
What we refuse to do
We do not dry Category 3 water in place. We do not issue a clearance on mold work we performed. We do not publish fake reviews, invented license numbers, or a founding year we cannot document. We do not refinish a space whose water source is still unfixed.
How we price
Work is priced from a written scope with measurements, the category and class of the loss, the materials affected, and the equipment and days required. You approve the scope before work starts. If the scope changes because the loss is larger than the initial assessment showed, we stop and re-authorize.
What you should verify before hiring anyone
Ask for the DCWP home improvement license number and check it at nyc.gov/dcwp or through 311. Ask for a certificate of insurance naming you or your building. Ask whether the mold work, if any, will be performed by a New York State licensed remediator and verified by a separate licensed assessor. Ask for the written scope before equipment arrives.
